All of our cask conditioned beers are brewed in the time-honoured fashion, using only four ingredients; GRAIN, WATER, YEAST and HOPS. British barley, wheat and rye, are the pick of the crop in the brewing industry and we source different varieties from across the UK; our water is pure and soft, straight from the Yorkshire Dales; we use good old fashioned top fermenting ale yeast; we source our hops from around the world, with the produce of different continents contributing unique flavours and aromas to our beers.
